Here is a list of our average time frames on production and shipping per type of printing types:
U.S.A (Alaska and Hawaii excluded)
1. Sublimation– 4-6 weeks to delivery
2. DTG– 2-4 weeks to delivery
3. Screen Print– 2-4 weeks to delivery
4. Embroidery– 3-6 weeks
INTERNATIONAL
1. Sublimation– 4-8 weeks to delivery
2. DTG– 4-6 weeks to delivery
3. Screen Print– 4-6 weeks to delivery
4. Embroidery– 4-8 weeks
Please note that our items are made to order so fulfillment time is not included in shipping times.

We allow for a 24 Hour grace period on orders. After that grace period, orders can no longer be canceled as we print on demand and the order is in the creation process. Please contact us at Support@geeksunleash.com
We will send you an email with tracking information. Depending on the item some tracking will stop once it leaves the states. International orders fall under the specific countries customs laws. In some cases orders can be held by customs for an extended period of time unless claimed by you. Unfortunately, for orders claimed by customs you will have to contact them or your local postal service to inquire/claim your items. We do NOT cover any customs fees or international fees for packages.

Merchandise Returns
We guarantee our apparel and items sold. If an item is damaged or lost in shipping please email Support@geeksunleash.com and we will help as quickly as possible.
All sales are final and are not returnable. These items are custom made and once the fabric is printed on it is unusable again. We do cover all misprints or imperfections as long as you provide pictures and details in your email. We do not cover and are not held responsible for any additional customs fees or any fees prohibiting delivery.
We reserve the right to authorize or decline any refunds.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@geeksunleash.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive a receipt email from us. After that you will receive updates from us to that same email with status changes on your order. This includes the tracking number once the item has been shipped.
